I&#039;ve only recently learned at the ripe old age of 46, that other people&#039;s perceptions create fear, anxiety and hatred toward ourselves, and to be really free of that fear, we need to have the courage to walk away, because in the end, it only hinders our progression of growth. It&#039;s like having the mind of an 18 year old in the body of a 30 year old. That is a recipe for an early death, unless we choose to make big changes for ourselves, thus creating our lives to be abundant and progressive.]]></description>
