JUST LIKE A DREAM ::
Philip Tetro gets the best possible answer to a question he forgot he asked: How will he get tickets to the Madonna concert?

Madonna tweeted me.

Not only did Madonna tweet me, but she also offered me pit tickets to her upcoming tour. Pit tickets – right by the stage.

Not only did Madonna tweet me, but she watched my documentary Finding Madonna: my journey through the streets of Toronto to find her during the Toronto International Film Festival.

Not only did Madonna tweet me, but she wants to blow me a kiss.

Not only did Madonna tweet me, but she called me “baby.”

When the tour tickets went on sale two months ago, I made a conscious decision to not buy tickets. It was too overwhelming: which seats? Which city? Who am I going with? I decided to let the problem solve itself. I had seven months to let the universe work it’s magic and, TA-DA! Madonna herself gives me front row tickets.

If you stop thinking about something, it’s no longer a problem. If I had worried about how I was going to the Madonna concert, the universe would have only put obstacles in my way of getting tickets. Because I let it work itself out, I got the best possible outcome.

Yes, I will be shamelessly riding this wave until the end of the year.
