Yesterday, TD Bank – who sponsor an astonishing 83 Pride Festivals across North America – said Thank You as part of their annual Customer Appreciation Day to 49 client heroes from coast to coast who are making astonishing differences in their community.
Like big-hearted couple Harry Southin and Chris Stewart, who created and run Rainbow Camp, and are positively changing the lives of LGBTQ2+ youth. #TDThanksYou: Chris & Harry – Two Heroes Host a Life-Changing LGBTQ+ Summer Camp
Harry Stewart and Chris Southin of Sault Ste. Marie, ON, are a couple who carved their own path to acceptance through adversity and want to help others to do the same. When there was nowhere for LGBTQ2+ youth to turn to in their area, they created a safe space for young people to connect and thrive. TD’s contribution to the Rainbow Camp will be used to extend the experience to more young people and to hold a reunion for past campers.
